This pot was built with a hybrid gallery style opening where the lid sits within the rib but doesn’t drop into the pot. The side handle on this pot almost demands a pinch style pour with the thumb resting on the lid knob but oh man does it feel nice.
The pour on this pot is one I’m quite proud of. Rather big spout opening lead to a fairly thick stream while maintaining an extremely smooth and laminar flow. This leave a super satisfying pour while still having some control over the pace of the pour.
Hand wash only.

Do not use in the microwave, dishwasher, or direct heat.
